We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager (Payment Gateway & Cross-Border Payments)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive payment gateway adoption and merchant onboarding
• Develop and manage cross-border payment partnerships
• Identifyand convert new business opportunities
• Build and manage enterprise sales pipelines
• Maintain strong relationships with fintech and payment partners
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fintech, payment solutions, banking, or cross-border payments sales
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing sales teams or business development operations
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated experience in merchant acquisition and enterprise B2B sales
• Proficiencyina CRM system such asZoho CRM.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of payment gateway operations, digital payments, and international remittance ecosystems
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive sustainable business growth
• Professional certifications in fintech, payments, sales, or related fields will be an added advantage.
