Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Senior Sales Manager will lead the entire sales operation across local and diaspora markets, driving revenue generation, team productivity, conversion performance, and strategic sales execution for Harmony Gardens projects and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor team performance regularly.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor conversion rates from leads to closed deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and account management activities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training for team members.
  • Ensure proper use of CRM tools, reporting systems, and sales processes.
  • Lead and supervise all sales closers, SDRs, and CRM operations.
  • Develop and implement high-conversion sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team on campaign alignment.
  • Develop sales scripts, objection handling frameworks, and closing systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years sales leadership experience with demonstrated team-quota delivery in high-ticket or real estate environments.
  • Strong experience in Banking, Insurance, Mortgage or Real Estate sales leadership.
  • Proven record managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and lead conversion.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Banking/financial sector will be an added advantage or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
