Job Title: Stacker Operator

Location: Ewekoro, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

• The Stacker Operator is responsible for operating stacking equipment to organize and stockpile materials such as raw materials; ensuring efficient material handling, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate stacker equipment to transfer, stack, or store materials in designated areas.
• Monitor stacking operations to ensure proper organization and avoid material overflow, chute blockage.
• Ensure materials are stacked according to company protocols or project specifications.
• Perform pre-start and post-shift inspections of stacker equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or wear for timely repairs.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks during operations.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment around stacking equipment.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and report unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, Crusher control operator to align material stacking position.
• Notify supervisors of any operational challenges or equipment issues.

Requirements
Experience:

• 4-5 years’ post-qualification experience

Education;

• Other Degree or equivalent in any Engineering discipline

Required skills:

• Working knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
• Working knowledge of equipment operation procedureS
• olid knowledge of drilling machines operation.
• Knowledge of safety regulationsAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Machine Main System knowledgeGood communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
