Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of Renmoney’s lending products among salary earners, self-employed professionals, and SMEs.
  • You will spearhead intensive prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management while delivering exceptional service to convert prospects into loyal customers across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through smart research, referrals, and networking.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our products.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Offer top-notch customer service, swiftly addressing inquiries and providing personalized support.
  • Collaborate across teams to continuously enhance our product offerings and customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to keep your sales strategy fresh and effective.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven success in sales within the financial services industry.
  • A track record of smashing sales targets and driving results.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that help you connect and build trust.
  • The ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • A self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • A team player who can also shine when working independently.
