Job Title: Verification Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and trustworthy Verification Officer to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of information, records, and documents.
• This role is ideal for smart, driven individuals who enjoy investigating details, solving problems, and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer, vendor, employee, or operational information in line with company procedures.
• Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential risks.
• Maintain accurate verification records and reports.
• Communicate with relevant parties to obtain or confirm information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and verification standards.
• Escalate unresolved issues or suspicious findings when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
