Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Mart Host to create a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, providing assistance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store services.
- Guide customers to product locations and address inquiries.
- Ensure shelves and display areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support sales and customer engagement activities.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
