Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and lead a high-performing team.
• This role is ideal for smart, driven individuals who can ensure operational efficiency, deliver excellent customer service, and support business growth. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Supervise, train, and support store staff.
• Ensure products are stored, received, and issued properly.
• Monitor store performance and prepare operational reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous store, inventory, retail, or supervisory experience is an advantage but not required.
