Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure company standards are consistently met.
• This role is ideal for smart, driven individuals with strong leadership potential who can motivate teams and solve problems effectively. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate tasks and schedules to meet operational goals.
• Address operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
• Promote a positive, productive, and professional work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage but not required.
