Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly skilled Social Media Strategist to develop and execute effective social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company’s online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Create engaging content plans, including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
• Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and campaign results.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and manage online community reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Generate leads and support overall digital marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Strategist.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is an advantage.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
