Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented station cashier to handle customer transactions and support the smooth operation of the station.
- This role is ideal for smart, driven individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and electronic payments accurately.
- Attend to customers professionally and courteously.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Balance cash registers and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues promptly.
- Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and secure.
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
