Job Summary
- The CRM Manager will oversee customer lifecycle management with her team to set up FreshSales, FreshDesk and Freshservices general automation, reporting intelligence, and CRM strategy implementation across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM strategy and integration.
- Develop reporting frameworks for management.
- Supervise CRM specialists and sales reporting.
- Monitor lead nurturing systems.
- Improve customer retention and engagement.
- Ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Align CRM with digital marketing and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms, databases, and automation workflows.
- Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance to drive business decisions.
- Design and execute customer engagement, retention, and loyalty campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and product teams to improve customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate reports and insights on CRM performance, campaign ROI, and customer trends.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and integrity within CRM systems.
- Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and processes.

Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or any related discipline.
- 5-10 years proven experience as a CRM Manager, Customer Success Manager, CRM Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in CRM administration, including automation workflows, dashboard reporting, customer data management, and data quality control processes.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Experience using Omni Desk or equivalent customer engagement/customer support platforms.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data, generate reports, and provide actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, improve customer experience processes, and drive CRM optimization initiatives.
