Location:  Nigeria

Description

  • We're looking for an elite YouTube thumbnail designer who understands one thing: Getting people to click.
  • This is NOT a position for someone who simply makes thumbnails look "nice."
  • We need someone who understands psychology, curiosity, emotion, and CTR.

What You'll Be Designing Thumbnails For

  • Geopolitics
  • Current events
  • World news
  • Documentary-style content.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience designing high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Visual hierarchy
    • Curiosity gaps
    • Emotional triggers
    • Contrast and readability
    • Mobile-first design
  • Ability to create thumbnails similar to top-performing news/documentary channels
  • Can source, edit, and manipulate images when needed
  • Fast turnaround times.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with faceless YouTube channels
  • Ability to suggest thumbnail concepts, not just execute instructions.

What Success Looks Like
Your thumbnails should:

  • Be instantly understandable
  • Tell a story in one image
  • Create curiosity
  • Make viewers feel compelled to click.
