Ajoke Group is a distribution company that deals with the supply of major FMCG's products nationwide.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Audit Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Auditing: Reconcile physical stock counts with digital records. Track batches based on First-Expiry First-Out (FEFO) rules to minimize expired goods and wastage.
• Sales & Revenue Assurance: Audit daily sales reports, cash collections, and bank deposits. Verify that cash remitted matches the specific invoices for vendors.
• Credit & Receivables Management: Review customer credit terms and ensure collections are strictly tracked against distributor targets.
• Manufacturer Compliance: Verify that your distributorship meets the parent company’s performance requirements to qualify for monthly incentives and volume rebates. Ensure that pricing and promotional discounts align strictly with manufacturer policies.
• Risk & Fraud Detection: Identify loopholes in order processing, cash handling, and loading bay operations to prevent theft or unauthorized credit.
• Audit Reporting: Prepare and present regular audit reports highlighting financial discrepancies, control gaps, and recommendations to the business owner or general manager.
