Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Call Agent

Job Summary
- The SDR (Sales Development Representative) / Call Agent will qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule appointments, nurture prospects, and support the sales funnel process
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and update the fresh sales
- Conduct outbound lead follow-up campaigns and update the CRM.
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria to the pipeline.
- Schedule meetings for sales closers and update the CRM/Sheet
- Update CRM daily with lead status.
- Support WhatsApp, phone, and email communication.
- Maintain high lead engagement rates.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.
- Follow up on inbound leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product/service information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build rapport with customers and nurture leads through regular follow-up.
- Escalate customer concerns or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity/performance reports.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in telesales or customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management.
- Minimum of 1–2 years in call centre, customer service or inside sales.
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Strong phone presence and CRM proficiency;
- Comfortable with multi-timezone communication.
- Objection handling ability
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
