Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate and timely information about company services and procurement processes.
- Engage customers across digital platforms and ensure prompt response.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Location Requirements:
- Applicants must reside within or close to Ojota, Ketu, Ogudu, Maryland, Magodo, Gbagada, Mile 12, Kosofe, Ogba, or Anthony.
- Applicants living far from Ojota will not be considered.
