Myafrimall Logistics Limited is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our Ogba branch. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about company services and procurement processes.
  • Engage customers across digital platforms and ensure prompt response.
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Location Requirements:

  • Applicants must reside within or close to Ojota, Ketu, Ogudu, Maryland, Magodo, Gbagada, Mile 12, Kosofe, Ogba, or Anthony.
  • Applicants living far from Ojota will not be considered.
