Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Support customers through phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a customer care representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Technology Skills
- We are looking for candidates who are comfortable using technology and can quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace confidently.
- Learn and navigate CRM and customer support platforms with ease.
- Communicate effectively using digital channels and collaboration tools.
- Utilize modern technology and AI-powered tools to improve productivity and customer service.
