We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Paster

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items according to approved recipes and production standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate baking and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Ensure pastries are properly packaged and presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the production area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and report shortages.
• Minimize wastage during production processes.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Support daily production planning and meet production targets.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management when required.
• Adhere to company operational policies and procedures.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.
