Job Title: Personal Business Analyst to the General Manager - Poultry Operation

Job Summary

• The Personal Analyst supports the General Manager by providing accurate analysis of production, operational, and financial data across breeder, hatchery, broiler, and feed mill operations.
• The role delivers timely insights and reports to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production performance, including mortality, FCR, body weight, egg production, hatchability, feed consumption, and livability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Monitor production costs, profitability, budget performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain and validate operational databases and reporting systems.
• Develop analytical dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support strategic planning, business reviews, and Board presentations.
• Conduct farm audits and monitor compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, and flock health standards.
• Investigate performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Improvement in production performance.
• Reduction in operational losses and costs.
• Quality of analytical insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. or DVM in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in poultry production, agribusiness, or data analytics.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Poultry production management software.
• Data analysis, financial modeling, and report writing.
