Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Producer to lead end-to-end video production projects from concept development to final delivery.
• The ideal candidate will oversee video strategy, production planning, directing, editing, and post-production while ensuring high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all stages of video production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Develop creative video concepts for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, advertisements, social media, and corporate communications.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Direct on-set production activities, including camera operations, lighting, sound, and talent coordination.
• Oversee post-production processes including video editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on video trends, digital content formats, and production technologies.
• Supervise and mentor junior videographers, editors, and production staff.
• Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage video assets, archives, and production equipment effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Must have 4-6 years proven experience in video production, filmmaking, or multimedia content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video projects across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, audio recording, and production workflows.
• Experience managing production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
