Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description

• As an IT Quality Assurance (QA) professional you will ensure software products meet established standards for security, reliability, usability, and performance.
• You will identify bugs, design tests, and collaborate with developers to verify fixes before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: Design detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
• Automation & Manual Testing: Develop automated testing scripts (e.g., using open-source tools) and perform manual testing (functional, stress, and regression testing). 
• Defect Tracking: Identify, log, track, and verify software bugs using tracking systems like Jira or TestRail.
• Environment Setup: Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.
• Collaboration: Partner with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to clarify system requirements and release readiness.
