Job Title: Social Media Community Manager (IG, Tiktok & X)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary 

• We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy and highly organized Social Media Community Manager to oversee and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram and Twitter/X.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Publishing- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. Develop short-form video concepts, scripts, captions, and creative campaigns
• Community Management- Engage actively with followers, comments, DMs, and mentions while Building and maintaining a loyal online community
• Platform Growth & Strategy - Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, hashtags, memes, and challenges. Identify viral opportunities and execute timely content
• Analytics & Reporting- Track and analyze reach, engagement, follower growth and conversion performance across all platforms
• Brand & Marketing Support- Support product launches, campaigns, and brand activations

Requirements
Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and account growth
• Excellent video editing and graphic content skills
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X algorithms
• Strong communication and community engagement skills.
