Job Title: Junior Creative Producer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and proactive Junior Creative Producer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects from concept to delivery.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with design, content, video, and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating creative projects including video production, digital campaigns, social media content, graphics, and brand activations.
• Support the development and execution of creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Liaise with internal teams such as designers, videographers, editors, content creators, and marketers to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
• Support production logistics including scheduling, talent coordination, location arrangements, and material sourcing where required.
• Review creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, content calendars, and production records.
• Stay updated on digital trends, pop culture, social media trends, and creative industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Theatre Arts, Creative Arts, or related disciplines.
• 1 - 3 years experience in content production, media, advertising, creative coordination, or project management.
• Basic understanding of content creation, digital marketing, and production processes.
• Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
