Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand seller and buyer acquisition, establish strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue and growth targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly revenue growth by converting inquiries into paying customers and improving customer conversion rates.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with sellers while building a strong inventory pipeline.
- Develop and manage customer acquisition channels across digital and referral platforms.
- Establish strategic partnerships with businesses, institutions, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders to generate inventory and sales opportunities.
- Source and negotiate bulk inventory and liquidation opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, sellers, and partners to encourage repeat business.
- Track sales performance, leads, partnerships, and revenue metrics.
- Submit weekly reports and recommend strategies to improve sales performance and business growth.
- Identify and execute new revenue-generating opportunities and sales channels.

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Category Management, Merchant Acquisition, Vendor Management, Marketplace Growth, E-commerce Operations, or related roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and growth targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working within e-commerce, digital commerce, marketplace, retail-tech, or similar commercial environments.
- Good understanding of customer acquisition, seller acquisition, online sales funnels, and digital commerce.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail-tech, classified platforms, or similar industries will have an added advantage.
