Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Locations: Lagos, Ogun and Oyo
Work Day: Monday – Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Description

Job Details
- Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned area
- Follow up on leads and close deals promptly
- Achieve personal and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit performance reports
Requirements
- Experience in field sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence, high energy, and a drive to succeed
- Basic computer literacy
- Must reside in or near Lagos.
Remuneration
- N80,000 monthly basic pay
- 8,000 Perfect Attendance Bonus
- 10,000 Performance Bonus (if target is achieved)
- 10,000 Target Bonus (after 3 consecutive wins)
- Salary increase after 3-month probation
- Extra bonuses for team goal achievements
