Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DSE), Data & Airtime Sales

Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) to drive data and airtime sales, onboard new customers, and build profitable customer networks across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new users.
  • Drive data and airtime sales through referrals and direct marketing.
  • Activate customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Build and grow a personal sales network.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Promote the company's data and airtime solutions.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements

  • Experience in direct sales, telecoms, fintech, VTU services, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Must possess a smartphone and reliable internet access.

Monthly Sales Target:

  • N40 Million – N60 Million Data Sales Value.

Compensation & Benefits

  • N400,000 Monthly Basic Salary.
