Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join our growing team as Agent Supervisors across Nigeria. The successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting field agents while driving sales performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage field agents.
• Drive sales performance and business growth.
• Monitor agent activities and productivity.
• Provide training, coaching, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising agents, distributors, or field sales teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must possess a smartphone and reliable internet access.
