Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Surulere, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural and interior design projects, as well as supporting general project development activities from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts.
- Participate in project planning, coordination, and development activities.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
- Proficiency in architectural design software.
- Strong creativity, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
