We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Personnel

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• The first point of contact for/to prospective and existing clients.
• Respond and acknowledge customer’s trade inquiry.
• Attend to clients’ inquiries which could be rates and trades accordingly.
• Ensure the right wallets and rates are given for crypto transactions and rates for gift card transactions.
• Use of the appropriate explorer for crypto transactions and the right groups for gift cards trading.
• Confirm customer trades after proper verification and payment made.
• Ensure effective communication between the company and clients.
• Document and input all trades for the day on the company’s selected sheet.

Requirements
Educational Qualification, Requirements & Experience:

• Must have HND or BSc Degree in any field.
• Must have experience working in a cryptocurrency company.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Must be available to work only on Saturdays and Sundays night shift.
