Its core functions include facility management, tenant relations, commercial and leasing, sales, security coordination, maintenance of common areas, revenue administration, compliance monitoring, customer service, and the overall enhancement of the mall's commercial operations. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Growth Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Responsible for driving revenue through shop leasing, marketplace sales, sponsorship acquisition, tenant promotions, event activations, and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease vacant shop spaces
  • Recruit and onboard businesses and brands
  • Generate marketplace sales
  • Secure sponsorships and advertising deals
  • Promote tenant products and services
  • Develop corporate partnerships
  • Participate in event activations
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Conduct business visits and prospecting activities.

KPI

  • Revenue generated
  • Number of shop spaces leased
  • Marketplace sales generated
  • Sponsorship deals secured
  • Partnerships closed
  • Leads generated.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, BSc or equivalent qualification
  • Any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics preferred)
  • 1–5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate, Events, or Customer Service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads independently
  • Technology savvy (WhatsApp Business, Excel, CRM, Social Media, AI tools)
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Willingness to make calls, conduct field visits, and network.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
