Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is one of Nigeria’s largest manufacturers of mattresses, pillows, foam products, furniture, and related sleep solutions. The company was founded in 1962, is headquartered in Lagos, and has manufacturing and distribution operations across Nigeria and parts of West Africa.

Job Title: Sales Manager / Customer Sales Executive

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking high-performing Customer Sales Executives with proven experience in selling tangible goods to join our dynamic team in vitafoam.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent service that converts prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage in field or direct sales of physical/tangible products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Prepare and submit regular sales reportsRequirements

Requirements

• A minimum of a B.Sc ./ HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3years' experience in sales of tangible goods (e.g., FMCG, electronics, furniture, industrial products, etc.)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Must be familiar with the local market terrain
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
