Job Title: Head of HR and Admin
Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources & Administration to lead its HR and administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee payroll, leave administration, and employee records.
- Supervise administrative functions and office operations.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
