We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring professional reception services and providing administrative support for smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain visitor records and reception logs.
  • Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area remains neat and presentable.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
