Job Summary
- The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring professional reception services and providing administrative support for smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Maintain visitor records and reception logs.
- Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area remains neat and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
