FTB Talents - Our client in the Beverage/FMCG sector is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• If you have passion for marketing/sales or previous experience in sales then this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Sign up beverage vendors onto the company's platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors in your area.
• Identify new opportunities and generate leads consistently.
• Support onboarded vendors and ensure they’re actively using the platform.
• Hit your targets and grow your earnings.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of an ND in Marketing or related fields
• 1- 2 years experience in sales/marketing
• Someone who already knows the beverage trade in their area or is willing to learn
• Existing relationships with shop owners, vendors, or traders is a strong advantage.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and people skills.

Remuneration

• Base Pay: N80,000 - N100,000/month
• Can also be reviewed based on level of experience.
• Commission: Additional earnings on every vendor you sign up and retain — the more you close, the more you earn
• Structure is performance-driven.
• Strong agents can earn well above the base pay.
