Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Officer

Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

• We are currently seeking a sales & customer service officer to manage customer engagement, drive sales, and maintain positive client relationships.
• This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can also manage online and walk-in sales interactions and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media platforms
• Manage walk-ins and online sales while building strong customer relationships
• Create and publish sales-driven content for social media and digital platforms
• Handle day-to-day management of the brand’s social media accounts

Requirements

• Required qualification is SSCE/OND only.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and grow social media engagement
• Must reside within Ikeja or its environs.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
