We are a Abuja-based social enterprise building something genuinely different. We generate revenue through a circular economy model and direct the majority of that revenue to community impact — education, healthcare, and emergency support for individuals and families who need it most.

We are pre-launch, well-funded, and founder-led. The person who joins us now will help build this from the ground up and will have a direct path to leading it as Managing Director within six months.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Lead, Social Enterprise

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • This is not a management role. This is a founding role.
  • You will be the first person on the ground building something that does not exist yet.
  • The workspace, the team, the supply chain, the revenue pipeline, the systems none of it exists. You build it. When this launches, you will have built it.
  • You report directly to the Founder. There is no middle layer, no committee, no bureaucracy. Decisions get made fast and the right person gets the credit for them.
  • If you deliver, you become Managing Director within six months. That is not a promise made to everyone. It is a specific commitment to the one person who earns it.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Securing and setting up a physical operational space in Abuja then Lagos
  • Building a supply pipeline from your personal network and community contacts
  • Developing buyer and revenue relationships in Abuja's trade sector
  • Managing warehouse staff, drivers, and field team members
  • Overseeing inventory, logistics, and dispatch operations
  • Maintaining real-time reporting and financial records
  • Reporting directly to the Founder with full operational accountability.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, business development, or programme management
  • You are based in Abuja. Not relocating. Already there, already networked.
  • You have a genuine personal network in Abuja people who will take your call and act when you ask them to
  • You have existing relationships in Nigerian trade, retail, resale, or community sectors
  • You have run a physical operation before warehouse, retail, logistics, or field operations
  • You know how to build a process from scratch not follow one that already exists, but design, document, and implement one that a team can follow without you standing over them
  • You have led a team before hired, briefed, managed performance, and made the hard call when someone was not delivering
  • You are self-directed. You produce without being chased.
  • You surface problems before they become crises.
  • You are values-aligned. The mission is not decoration.
