Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Lagos
Reporting to: MD/CEO

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HR/Admin Executive to support our Organization and provide invaluable support to our HR department.
• Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, Writing of proposals, payroll management

Roles / Responsibilities

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days             .

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities/ Development Studies, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• HR certification is an advantage.
• 3-5 years' experience in HR
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Should reside along Lekki - Ajah axis.

Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 monthly, HMO and Leave Allowance.
