Job Summary
- We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with business owners/operators.
- You will build relationships, close deals, and manage accounts to increase our offline revenue target.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Pitch: Identify and engage businessowners/operators to drive channel expansion
- Close Deals: Negotiate sales agreements focusing on deal profitability and ROI for partners
- Manage Accounts: Foster relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
- Drive Sales Quotas: Hit revenue targets through strategic partnerships
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align logistics, marketing, and sales efforts for deal success.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven sales track record, ideally in retail/B2B partnerships
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to structure win-win deals
- Relationship-building and account management expertise.
