Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with business owners/operators.
  • You will build relationships, close deals, and manage accounts to increase our offline revenue target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Pitch: Identify and engage businessowners/operators to drive channel expansion
  • Close Deals: Negotiate sales agreements focusing on deal profitability and ROI for partners
  • Manage Accounts: Foster relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
  • Drive Sales Quotas: Hit revenue targets through strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align logistics, marketing, and sales efforts for deal success.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven sales track record, ideally in retail/B2B partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to structure win-win deals
  • Relationship-building and account management expertise.
