Job Summary
- We are seeking a physically fit, safety-conscious, and motivated Billboard Installer to join our outdoor operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining large-format advertising displays (vinyl banners, flexes, and digital components) on outdoor billboard structures.
- This position requires working at significant heights, operating heavy machinery, and using various hand and power tools in all weather conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Hang and secure large advertisements and flexes onto billboard structures.
- Properly cut, tension, and secure materials to ensure a smooth, professional look free of wrinkles or defects.
- Safely remove and discard outdated ads.
- Perform routine structural upkeep on billboards, including tightening bolts, painting steel frames, repairing trim, and clearing brush or weeds blocking the sign's visibility.
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, mechanical lifts, cranes, and rigging equipment to access billboard faces.
- Strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal safety guidelines. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including full-body harnesses and fall-arrest systems.
- Inspect structures for safety hazards before climbing.
- Maintain daily work logs of completed assignments and use digital devices to take high-qualityphotos of completed installations for clients.
