The Role

  • We are looking for a vibrant, articulate, and customer-centric Customer Service Executive to join our team.
  • As the face and voice of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • In line with our current team dynamics and commitment to workplace diversity, we are specifically seeking a female professional for this role to maintain gender balance within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Promptly attend to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming front-office environment.
  • Manage customer databases and accurately log communication history.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Sc Degree or HND in Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or client relations role.
  • Proximity: Candidates must reside within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or have a seamless commute.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine passion for problem-solving.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
