We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with employee documentation requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with new hires to support integration and engagement.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Experience with job boards and candidate sourcing.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS/HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work onsite in Lagos when required.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
