We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment & Onboarding Officer

Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with employee documentation requirements.
• Conduct follow-ups with new hires to support integration and engagement.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Experience with job boards and candidate sourcing.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS/HR software is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work onsite in Lagos when required.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
