Bracken Media Solutions Limited - Our client, Bing Chun Tea, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Head Office, Landmark, Victoria Island - Lagos (Candidate may be assigned to any company branch as required)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all accounting operations including reporting, payables, receivables, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and financial policies.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, investment planning, and risk management.
• Provide detailed financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Develop and implement staff training and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BSc / BBA).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including managerial/supervisory roles.
• Full membership of a recognized professional accounting body (ICAN, ACA).
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and compliance.

Salary
N300,000 – N600,000 monthly (Based on Experience and Competence).
