Job Title: Design and Commercial Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Design and Commercial Engineer (Civil) to support civil and structural design, cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and project execution activities within our EPC and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and structural designs, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Perform structural analysis and design using relevant engineering software.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Support tender preparation, project pricing, and commercial evaluations.
• Review technical specifications, vendor quotations, and subcontractor submissions.
• Provide technical support to site teams and manage design revisions.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• B.Eng. Degree / HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years experience in civil/structural design and commercial support within an EPC or construction environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, and ProtaStructure (Revit is an added advantage).
• Good knowledge of structural design, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and construction methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
