Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Digital and Media Executive to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, media campaigns, and online brand engagement strategies.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the company's digital presence, creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, coordinating media activities, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital channels.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Engage with online audiences and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation & Brand Management:
- Develop creative content including graphics, videos, articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and media communications.
- Coordinate content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials.
Media Relations & Campaign Execution:
- Support the planning and execution of media campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate advertising placements and media partnerships.
- Assist in developing press releases, media briefs, and promotional content.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Generate regular reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
Website & Digital Platform Management:
- Update website content and ensure information remains current and accurate.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to improve website functionality and user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, media relations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
