About the Role
- Lush Hair Nigeria is building bench strength within its Finance team.
- This is an early-career opportunity designed to develop our future treasury and finance leaders — offering structured learning, mentorship, and broad exposure across the finance function, with a clear path toward Treasury Manager and Finance Manager roles.
Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting and analysis activities.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Participate in treasury and cash management activities.
- Support financial controls and compliance initiatives.
- Analyse financial data and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business improvement projects.
- Participate in structured on-the-job learning and development programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
- ICAN qualified (ACA).
- 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow.
