We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
- Prepare tender and contract documents.
- Evaluate and analyze quotations from contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits for valuation and measurement purposes.
- Track project variations and prepare cost reports.
- Assist in procurement and material costing.
- Ensure proper financial management of projects from inception to completion.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers on project costs and valuations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Applicants must possess relevant qualifications and experience in quantity surveying within the construction or real estate industry.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
