Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Performance Manager to monitor, analyze, and improve network performance, operational efficiency, and service quality while ensuring compliance with customer-defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network performance and operational KPIs
• Drive service reliability and reduce SLA violations
• Lead technical teams and improve staff productivity
• Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate fault management and network optimization activities
• Oversee operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in telecom operations, network performance, or technical operations management
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing technical teams and operational performance metrics.
