Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide strategic cost planning, commercial management, contract administration, and financial oversight across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
• Contract administration and claims management
• Tendering, procurement, and vendor negotiations
• Project cost control and financial reporting
• Commercial risk assessment and margin optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum of 14 years post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or oil & gas projects
• Professional membership (NIQS, RICS, CIOB, ICES) is an added advantage.
