Job Title: NYSC Intern – Zoho CRM & Business Automation

About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy NYSC Intern to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Zoho ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will assist in managing CRM data, automating business processes, generating reports, supporting users, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
- This position offers hands-on experience with business applications, workflow automation, CRM administration, and operational process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Administration & Support:
- Assistin the day-to-day administration of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and other Zoho products asrequired.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and operational data within Zoho systems.
- Support user onboarding, account setup, permissions management, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Workflow Automation:
- Assistin creating and maintaining workflows, automation rules, blueprints, and approval processes.
- Support the implementation of business process automation initiatives using Zoho tools.
- Help document and test new automations before deployment.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management and business teams.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to company standards.
User Training & Documentation:
- Provide first-level support to internal users on Zoho applications.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff on Zoho tools and best practices.
Project Support:
- Assist with Zoho implementation, customization, and integration projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams togatherbusiness requirements.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across business operations.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a relate dfield.
- Must be a serving NYSC member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and business applications.
- Familiarity with Zoho products is an advantage.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and othermsoffice apps.
- Basic knowledge of databases, data analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding ofworkflow automation concepts is desirable.
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Deluge, or scripting languages is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learnnew technologiesquickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship, project, or coursework involving CRM systems or business applications.
- Zoho certifications or training (completed or in progress) are an advantage.
- Experience with data entry, reporting, or process documentation.
- Interestin business process automation, digital transformation, and enterprise software.
