We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Adhoc Support Officer (Share Registrar and Account Maintenance Team)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities
- Meeting up with timelines for all activities
- Effective and efficient review of customers’ account opening requests
- Data accuracy and effective document maintenance on clients’ record
- Daily reporting and tracking of work done using excel sheet
- Elimination of errors in data capturing
- Review of account opening applications
- Conduct second-level review of account opening requests.
- Perform KYC validation
- Regularize incomplete migrated data.
- Review and treat expired means of ID update request
- Create client profiles on the core application and link to CSCS.
- Engage and follow up with clients on outstanding documentation.
- Index with accuracy and upload all KYC documents to the core application.
- Provide periodic progress reports to Management.
Requirements
- OND (Upper Credit only) in any related discipline.
- Maximum age: 27 years.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Result-oriented
- Being Proactive / Creative / Innovative
- Ability to work within agreed timelines.
- Ability to optimally make use of resources
- Ability to work in team
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications (outlook, word, excel).
