Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering measurable results.
- As a Sales Executive at Quickli, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new merchant partners, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue targets within your assigned territory.
- This field-based role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Identify, engage, and onboard restaurants, food vendors, supermarkets, groceries stores, and other relevant merchants onto the Quickli platform.
- Present and promote Quickli’s value proposition to prospective merchant partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the onboarding process from registration through to activation and first successful order.
Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion:
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives by promoting the Quickli app within local communities, residentials, corporate organizations, and strategic locations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and platform adoption.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Consistently achieve assigned sales, merchant acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active partners and customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure continued engagement, satisfaction, and platform performance.
- Address merchant concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, merchant databases, and activity reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to management.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand activation initiatives.
Compliance & Team Collaboration:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team Lead and other departments to drive business objectives.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, trade activations, and other business development activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, retail, logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or other high-growth commercial environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and marketplace business models.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos market, including key commercial hubs, business opportunities, and customer dynamics.
- Experience working with technology-driven platforms or digital products will be an added advantage.
